TULSA, Okla. — Williams Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE:WEG) plans to announce its financial results for third-quarter 2002 before the market opens on Tuesday, Oct. 29. Partnership management will discuss earnings at 1:30 p.m. Eastern the same day during a conference call with investors.
