Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. owns and operates more than 10,000 miles of liquids pipelines throughout the United States. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Surface Transportation Board (STB), under authority of the Interstate Commerce Act and various state agencies, regulate the rules and rates established for these pipeline systems, which primarily transport refined petroleum products, natural gas liquids and ammonia.

The Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. online Tariffs Directory contains the FERC and state tariffs for all of our liquids pipelines. Use this resource to sort through past, current and issued tariffs for these pipelines.

Permian Gulf Coast Pipeline Open Season

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (“ETP”), Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (“MMP”), MPLX L.P. (“MPLX”) and Delek U.S. Holdings, Inc. (“DK”) are pleased to announce the commencement of an open season process to solicit binding volume commitments on the recently announced Permian Gulf Coast Pipeline or “PGC Pipeline.” The PGC Pipeline will deliver crude oil from multiple origin points in the Permian Basin to multiple destination points on the U.S. Gulf Coast.  This capacity is being made available solely for intrastate service under a tariff filed with the Railroad Commission of Texas.  The open season process provides interested parties with the opportunity to secure a volume commitment on the PGC Pipeline.  As previously announced, the PGC Pipeline is being jointly developed by ETP, MMP, MPLX and DK.

Open Season Process

The open season commenced at 12:00 p.m. (Central) on September 7, 2018. Bona fide potential shippers that desire to receive copies of the open season documents are required to execute a confidentiality agreement and may direct their requests for a confidentiality agreement to the following e-mail address: pgc_pipeline@energytransfer.com

To execute the confidentiality agreement, a potential shipper must:
(A) Insert its name, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation, email address, and contact information.
(B) Submit an executed copy via email to: pgc_pipeline@energytransfer.com

Confidentiality agreements that have been altered or amended in any way by a potential shipper, other than by the insertion of the shipper’s name, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation, e-mail address and contact information, will result in delays and ultimately may not be accepted, in which case the open season documents will not be provided to that shipper.  Potential shippers with inquiries about the open season process or this notice should send such inquiries to the following email address: pgc_pipeline@energytransfer.com.
